All newly renovated homes will come with upgraded shaker doors with European hinges, new cabinet handles, snow-white quartz countertops, deep sinks with a sprayer faucet, and a beautiful new stainless steel gas stove/oven combo with a built-in stainless steel microwave hood.
And as a little finishing touch, we have added a subway back splash throughout the kitchen and a new modern LED kitchen dome light.
upgraded bedrooms
We have added ceiling fans to all of our bedrooms, and have upgraded the closet doors to oversized sliding mirror doors in the large guest bedroom, and the main bedroom enjoys a large walk-in closet.
All rooms come with the upgraded luxury vinyl plank, upgraded electrical outlets and switches, and new window coverings
bright new living rooms
We know when you come home, you just want to flip a switch and not have to worry about turning on your dimly lit lamps. So we have added four recessed LED lights to all living rooms, as well as recessed lighting in the hallway and kitchen.
Additionally, the smooth ceilings, new window coverings, two-tone paint, and new baseboards have a nice way of saying "welcome home".
beautiful bathrooms
Bathrooms are often overlooked during a renovation, be we think bathrooms should be clean, bright, and feel fresh
All of the vanities were replaced with 36" tall vanities. Additionally, we have upgraded the counters to a new clean, snow-white Quartz, we added modern vanity lighting, new shower accessories, new mirrors, and a new vanity mirror cabinet.
luxury flooring
So many renovated units use low-quality, vinyl flooring. But we know it's not good enough for our residents, so we have upgraded all units to a premium Bramwell luxury vinyl plank. This plank has a thicker wear layer, and all planks are beveled at the joint which gives it one of the best luxury vibes we have seen.
The areas with water, namely the kitchen and bathrooms, have a clean white tile on the flooring and all new baseboards throughout!
